What do we need to get started?+
A topic, an audience, and an idea of what learners should be able to do. Existing policies, slides, guides, or subject expertise help us define the scope.
How much does a custom course cost?+
We quote each project based on content development, course length, media, languages, delivery, and support. Deliverables and revision scope are agreed before work begins.
Can we use our own videos and branding?+
Yes. We can include your logo, colors, and branded content, along with existing video files or links. We check video playback and learner access, and agree on the design before development.
Can we have the course delivered to us?+
Yes, we can scope client delivery. Format, editable source files, ownership terms, and compatibility with your platform are agreed as part of the project.
Can you include proctored exams or AI help?+
Both are optional. We can scope integrated online proctoring and an AI Study Buddy that guides learners through concepts. Availability and costs depend on the delivery setup.
Does custom compliance training include regulatory approval?+
Approval requirements depend on the topic and jurisdiction. Any required review or approval is identified during scoping. An existing CertReady course approval does not automatically cover a custom course.
