Open Add Certified Staff in your dashboard, choose the employee's location, and enter the exact name, email, and certificate number from their record. CertReady checks the official South Carolina Department of Revenue record. When a matching state-issued certificate is available, we save the certificate and expiration date with the rest of your team. If no match is available, you can correct the details or follow up with the employee.
