Can certificates be kept digitally, or must we print them?
South Carolina allows digital or physical copies. Businesses must keep official certificates accessible on their premises and produce them when requested. Download official PDFs from your dashboard to keep on an on-site device or print.

We'll remind managers and employees six months, three months and 30 days before official expiry, then once after expiry if no newer certificate is recorded. Once a newer official record is added, reminders about the old one stop. Renewed elsewhere? Add the new state certificate.
